Janice Elizabeth Ball

Janice is survived by her husband of 39 years, Dennis Ball; whom she loved deeply and shared a lifetime of memories with. Her sons; Wayne (Jen) Ball, Tyler (Brandy) Ball, Warren (Sue) Ball and Josh (Becky) Ball.

Janice will forever be in the hearts of her grandchildren; Aaralyn, Jaice, Greyson, Ryan, Presley, Elsda, Kayleen, Levi, Brosnan and Maysie.

Janice is survived by her mother Kay Pyper. Her siblings; Patrick Pyper, Margaret (Terry) Mullane and Robert (Carol) Pyper. Along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and lifelong friends.

She is predeceased by her son, Ryan Ball and her father, Robert Pyper.

Janice will be lovingly remembered for her warm heart, her delicious home-cooked meals and her baking; which will be missed most by her grandchildren. She loved life on their family farm and tending to the farm brought her peace. Her greatest happiness came from having her family around and spending time with her grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at the Cross Cancer Institute for the care and compassion they showed over the last 5 months.

The family would also like to extend a special thank you her son Warren and daughter-in-law Sue for putting their lives on hold for the last 5 months, staying by her side ensuring that she received the care she needed.

A Funeral Service will be held for Janice on July 11, 2025 at 11:00am. It will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 7344-239 Street NW, Enoch AB. A reception and lunch will follow the service downstairs at the church.
