I'm devastated to hear of Jensen's passing and send my love and hugs to Rod, Rhonda, Kai, Liam, Connor and Corey all the way from Australia. I had the absolute pleasure of living and working with Jensen when she moved to Australia in 2012 for our gap year. I can remember many fun adventures together and laughing until we cried. I will never forget the impact that she had on my life but also the lives of all the school children she came in contact with throughout her year of serving the wider Christian community. Her ability to be present and listen to anyone and everyone was unmatched and I'm grateful to have had a friendship that lasted since that time and am grateful to have spent a white Christmas with Jensen and her family in Canada in 2015. The sense of loss is profound and I will always cherish the incredible woman that she was. Sending so much love.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Jensens passing. I had the pleasure of working with her. She was one of the first people who made me feel welcome as a new hire and a new grad. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant more than she probably ever knew. She had a special way of making people feel seen and supported.

It was always clear how much she loved Corey, his children, and their dogs — she spoke of them with so much warmth and joy. Her love for her family and friends shone just as brightly. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a light that lifted those around her.

I feel lucky to have known her, and she will be so deeply missed. My heart goes out to all who loved her.

I remember holding Jensen on my lap when she was a toddler at one of the Seminary church services. She wore a beautiful red velvet dress! For this Mom of boys, that moment was quite the treat. Our Love and prayers from the Heide and Radtke families to yours this day.

My deepest condolences to Rod, Rhonda, Kai, Liam, Connor and their families. I remember Jensen as a beautiful little girl full of life and always smiling. My best friend Dayna and I used to babysit the Buck children. Dayna went to be with Jesus in 1999. I am positive she's taking care of Jensen once again. ❤️

Jensen was a fantastic co worker and friend. Her smile was always friendly and her sharp wit and great sense of humor never disappointed.  She was fun to be with and her love of life, family, her dogs and friends was second to none. She will be missed beyond measure.  May your star burn bright  in the darkeness eternally.

I was lucky enough to work with Jensen for three years and even luckier to have been her friend. Jensen was so smart, funny, beautiful and strong. She was someone who I looked forward to seeing everyday. She made our work day joyful and smooth with her quick wit and dry sense of humour. She was also such a hard worker who was always willing to help others even when she was so busy herself. She will be deeply missed. Her absence has left a deep hole in our hearts that will never fully heal. We simply didn’t have enough time with Jensen. She was one of the great ones. Good bye for now my dear friend.

Dear Buck family: As Christians we do not grieve like those who have no hope, but we do grieve.  May the peace of God, which is ours in Jesus  Christ our Lord and Saviour, comfort and strengthen you in this difficult time.  May He  remind you that He keeps all promises.  Jensen is with her Saviour. Our prayers for you to be consoled ascend to our loving God.
