June Margaret Carruthers

It is with great sadness the family of Mrs. June Carruthers of Stony Plain announces her passing on May 13, 2022 at the age of 90 years. June will be remembered as a very intelligent woman, always curious about the world around us and who loved to continually gain knowledge by reading. She was an avid crafter and knitter who also enjoyed geneology, archeology and all things related to science and history. June will be forever loved and missed by her daughters: Julie (Dave), Jane (Kai), and Jill (Liam); her grandchildren: Sarah (Jeff), Laura (Steve), Jessica, and Kyle (Trista); her great-grandchildren: Naomi, Olivia, Leah, Mason, Ellery, and Arden as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. June was predeceased by her brother Raymond. No formal service will be held at this time.
