Kirk will be remembered for his sense of humor, generosity and love of family. He will forever be known as Captain Kirk.
Kirk will forever be loved and remembered by his wife and best friend of 44 years Maureen; his son Chris (Jessica); daughter-in-law Linda; his grandchildren: Connor, Ayla, Adrian, Grayson, Preston, Madison and Charly; his sisters Pauline (Murray) and Mabel; his brothers Milton (Rosalee) and Gordon as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Kirk was predeceased by his parents Helen and Paul and by his son Greg.
If friends desire, Memorial Donations may be made in Kirk’s memory to the Stollery Children’s Hospital, 8215 – 112 Street N.W., Edmonton, AB T6G2C8.
A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
