Dear Aunt Viv,
So very sorry for the passing of your sweet and kind husband.
I know it will be very different for you now and I am glad that you have Karen, Trevor and his family to be there for you. 
My fondest memories of Uncle Lawrence are him driving his big rig into the farm when I was living with Grandma and Grandpa. It was always exciting. He was the Uncle who was first to  travel the world and drove beautiful  Buick cars and the newest Tri Mack trucks. But mostly he  and you dear Aunt Viv were was always glad to see family and the visits were special each time.  I wish you Peace and I know he will be greatly missed by all friend, family and especially you. With much Love Shelley

Our dear uncle Lawrence was a man of integrity with a quiet presence.  Uncle Lawrence met the love of his life Vivian . They both loved to travel and went on many cruises, road and camping trips.  

 When visiting uncle while he was in care, we enjoyed many conversations about his years of driving for Trmac trucking .At our asking uncle shared  stories of him growing up with his siblings on the farm . From the tragic house fire at Brightbank (Stony Plain ) area  to their move to the  Bloomsbury( Barrhead ) area.  There are more stories but too many to mention but uncle gave us good insight of his family /siblings growing up,  

Uncle Lawrence always drove the best and latest model of vehicles . One that comes to mind was his Buick Rivera … now that was a fancy car!

Life full of memories it’s hard to put into a few sentences. Thankful for all the times he came to BC to visit us and the great love he showed our family.

So thankful for all the visits we were able to have and the memories he share with me from my childhood

Thankful for technology and being able to help these brothers FaceTime each other

Uncle Lawrence visited us often so I have fond memories of him throughout my life.  He was always so sweet.  I am so very thankful to have had a special visit with him in June.  He grabbed my hand and said “Little Carol, is that you?”… oh uncle how precious that was to me.    I will always remember you fondly ♥️ lots of love & prayers of comfort to you Auntie Vivian and the rest of the family as you grieve.
