Dear family of dear Leona,

My brother-in-law, who died last month, was a resident with Leona at Copper Sky.  Whenever we visited Doug, I made a point to seek out Leona, to hear mainly about the farm and sometimes about teaching.  She was such a lovely, kind person who would reach out and take my hand as she shared a 'memory'. The last time I saw her, she announced that she had just gone into the pig business and wondered if I wanted to make an invetsment!

I always looked forward to seeing her and think of her with warmth and kindness.

Leona was a good friend of our family for over 30 years.  She was a very good hearted person ready to help anyone.  We will miss her as we know you will also.  May she rest in peace with the God and Blessed Mother she loved dearly.
