It is with incredibly sad hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Luc Nathan Stewart at home on Saturday, January 25th, 2025 at the age of 18 years.
Luc was born on April 29, 2006 in Edmonton, Alberta to Karen Chouinard and Wayne Stewart. He was a gentle soul who was liked by all who knew him. He was a kind, loyal, and loving young man with a knack for witty comebacks. He loved to goof around with his sister, watch Oilers games with his mom, decipher hockey stats, play video games, and hang out with his friends.
He was and will forever be loved by his mom (Karen), his best friend and big sister (Jamie), his dad (Wayne), his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members, his wonderful long time friends (Ethan, Matthew, Elizabeth, Landen, Keaton, and Vicky) and their families, and so many special others that were in his life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.
His memory will live on; we take comfort in knowing he is at peace.
A Celebration of Luc’s Life will be held at the Heritage Park, Spruce Grove Hall in Stony Plain, Alberta on Tuesday, Feb 11, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. followed by a reception.
If desired, Memorial Donations in Luc’s honour may be made directly to the Edmonton Humane Society https://www.edmontonhumanesociety.com/donate/.
