Mike Kwasnycia

1933 - 2023

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mike Kwasnycia, our beloved dad, Dido, brother and uncle on September 9, 2023 at the age of 90 years.

Mike will be remembered for his love of the mountains and fishing the lakes in BC. He was an avid woodworker, but he was at his happiest when around family at the many gatherings. Mike will also be fondly remembered for the huge bear hugs he gave, his sense of humor, and as a very hard worker, particularly in regards to providing/caring for his family.

Mike will be forever loved and missed by his daughters: Kathy (Brent), Patricia (Darcy), Nancy (Trevor), and Sherry (Kerry); his sons Boris & Michael (Jennifer); his grandchildren: Kristyn, Tyler, Kyle (Sharmeen), Kelsey (Dalton), Logan, Brenden, Brittany, Teghan, Taylor, Michelle, Nicholas, Karissa, and Matthew; his great-grandchildren: Serenity, Azebelle, Jaxon, Brittany, Siera, Abigalle, Isaiah, Noah, Benjamin, and Mackenzie; his sister Eleanor (Walter); his brothers Nick, Alfred, and Victor (Liz) as well as many extended family and friends.

Mike was predeceased by his wife Marion; his sisters Vicky & Marie and by his brothers: Roy, Peter, Walter, and Bill.
