Patsy is survived by her mother Betty Specht; her son Peter Specht as well as numerous siblings, nephews, nieces, other relatives and many dear friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert Collier; her father Bill Specht and her brother Adrian.
Throughout Patsy’s life, she faced many challenges and but strived to retain a positive attitude and to face those challenges head on.
