Phyllis is survived by her children: Allan, Art (Christine), Alfred (Emma), Gerald (Colleen), Barbara (Tom) Ost and Shirley (Cyrus) Mehita; her numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other relatives as well as many dear friends.
