Bob is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Margaret; his brothers Bill and Jack as well as numerous other family members and dear friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Bob and Marge and his sister Maureen.
Bob was born in Edmonton and worked in numerous capacities including: the University of Alberta and the City of Edmonton as a Curator of Artifacts; he worked with the 12th Air Cadet Squadron, retiring as their Captain and as a Justice of the Peace for many years in the Stony Plain / Spruce Grove area.
A Gathering to Celebrate Bob’s Life will be held on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. from the Stony Plain Royal Canadian Legion, 4902 - 44 Avenue, Stony Plain, AB.
