It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Balfour on February 24, 2026, at the age of 89, after a short illness.
Shirley will be lovingly remembered by her children: Sandy (Jack) Minshull, Rick (Shelley) Scott, Bob (Dawn) Scott, Janice Scott, Sean (Samantha) Balfour and Lesley Balfour as well as over thirty cherished grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers Al (Darlene) Hadden and Rick Hadden.
Shirley has peacefully reunited with her loving husband Wayne.
She will be remembered for her love of family, her kindness and the warmth she brought to those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
