Sorry to hear Weldon has gone yonder..I trucked many a night shift on the highway 63 the number of times I’d chatted to Weldon are far too numerous to list. Met him with my Dad at the end of the 80’s and hauled logs from past the Christina river along side him too when he was trucking for Mark Kidd. See ya down the road Weldon. 

I remember when Bev and Tim were dating, being at the house and Weldon calling to their dog out the back door " Cassie, oh Cassie!", and the dog which I believe was a basset hound or a beagle, answering him with the loudest and longest howl ever! It's funny the things you remember from your childhood. I pray these precious memories will make you smile and comfort you during these difficult days.

Bill & I are so sorry at the loss of your Father.We have several memories of your Dad at family gatherings but one definitely stands out. I remember the day he gave us a beautiful lighthouse, we were pleasantly surprised & the lighthouse sits on our patio & we think of him whenever we’re out there. He was an amazing carpenter. So sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Martin. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the Martin family. Our memories of him would include Cory’s pre wedding party, around the camp fire at Kannanaskis and various family “get togethers”.  We remember his warm smile and hearty laugh. RIP. Mike & Martha.

This was the best Olaf snowman ever made.
