Ann Danoy

Ann Marie Danoy, age 84, of Rockland County, New York, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 5, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on November 24, 1940, to Stanley and Carmen (Rodriguez) Brumley.

Ann was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and proud great-grandmother. On May 1, 1983, she married the love of her life Frank Danoy, and together they shared 45 years of love, laughter, and unwavering devotion. Their union was blessed with seven children, 17 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy and pride.

Ann is survived by her beloved husband Frank, and their children and spouses: Debra and Joseph Rizzitiello, Robbin and Steve Dewese, Richard Olivieri, Jeannie and Jim Suraci, Eric Danoy, Lisa Bergstol and Laura Orichiella. Ann also leaves behind her grandchildren: Helga, Meghin, Chase, Christopher, Marcus, Jeannette, Frank, Chandler, Brianna, Michael, Paige, Brittany, Alexa, Branton, Paityn, Jameson, and Olivia. Her memory will also be lovingly carried on by her youngest brother, Robert Brumley, as well as her many nieces and nephews.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Carmen Brumley, and two of her brothers, Stanley "Jimmy" and Daniel Brumley.

A woman whose family was her greatest treasure, Ann’s warmth, caring spirit, and boundless love touched the hearts of everyone she met. She will be missed deeply, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
