Cynthia Ann Scott

Cynthia Scott passed away peacefully and joined the love of her life, Harry J. Scott on December 25, 2022. Her life overflowed with love and joy. She will be greatly missed by her children Kathy, (Larry), Barbara, Carolyn, (Lance), Jackie, (Mitch) and Michael as well as her second family, Joanne, (Peter), Barbara, and

Sonny, (Jeannie). She joins her brother Paul and is survived by her brothers Robert and William, Ronald and sister Anita . She took joy from all of her grandchildren, great grandchildren and beloved dog Annie. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 13, 1934. She lived in Rockland county, NY and retired to Florida with her loving husband Harry J. Scott. Her remaining years she moved back to New York to live with her daughter, Barbara and grandchildren. She will be very much missed by all her family and friends. In true Cynthia Scott fashion, with her love of theater, she took her final bow on Christmas day. From now on no Christmas will be complete without the memories of our wonderful Mother, Grandmother, and Nana. We will cherish all the handmade matching Nana gifts we have received over many Christmases. The blankets, sweaters, hats, scarves and booties will always warm our bodies, hearts and souls.

A memorial visitation for Cynthia will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc., 73 N Liberty Dr, Stony Point, New York 10980.
