We are fortunate to celebrate the life of someone who made us smile, someone who made our dark days seem bright, someone who made our hearts sing.

A mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Dorothy was truly a remarkable woman with a zest for life.

She had enough happiness to make her sweet, enough tries to make her strong, enough sorrow to keep her human, and enough hope to keep her happy.

She would tell us to always find something to laugh about. The happiest of people don't always have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything and everyone who comes their way.

Dorothy Holly touched so many lives, in her own special way. Her incredible spirit lives on in all of our memories,
and within all of our hearts.

We won't be counting the days or years that pass, but instead we'll be counting all of the wonderful memories
that she has left us and we will smile.

My favorite memory of Aunt Dottie is her singing "When your old wedding ring was new" at my Mom and Dad's 50th Anniv party.  Beautiful lady with a beautiful voice.

Your wonderful smile, warm and welcoming heart will be remembered forever.  You will be missed but never forgotten.
