Francis Desmond was born on August 3, 1926 in Massena, NY to Francis and Edna Desmond. He passed away at the age of 86 on July 22, 2013. He worked as a bus operator in Rockland County. Family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service, Stony Point, NY. A service will take place at the funeral home at 10am on Thursday. Burial to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
