Jackie Eder passed away peacefully but far too soon, surrounded by her family on December 26, 2022. Yahtzee master, casino high roller and cruise aficionado, Jackie fought the good fight her entire life, dealing with non-stop medical issues including being one of the longest surviving patients of Tetralogy of Fallot. Jackie is now charged with looking after her beloved parents, Marg and Joe, and keeping the peace beyond the pearly gates. We know Marg came to get her at the end.
Jackie is survived by Frank, her devoted husband of 22 years, whose whole life since he met her was spent loving her and looking after her. They were completely devoted to each other, and shared everything. Through many health challenges and crises, Frank was always there for her. She’ll continue to be there for him. Jackie is also survived by her loving siblings (Joe, Susann, Christine and Karen), a horde of nieces and nephews, a bunch of inlaws and her beloved pets, Cammie and Shadow, all of whom loved her dearly and will miss her terribly.
A wake will be held a Higgins funeral home in Stony Point, 73 N Liberty drive from 5-9pm Tuesday January 3, 2023, and a funeral mass will be held Wednesday January 4, 2023 at 11 AM at Saint Gregory Barbarigo church in Garnerville NY, followed by a burial in Ascension Cemetery in Monsey, NY.
Flowers can be sent to Higgins Funeral Home at Stony Point NY.
