What a special person Mike was that I was so privileged to know.
Full of life, laughter, love, adventure and spirit.
Mike is home in heaven with all his CATS!
Our family and friends send him love.

My brother Michael was such an innocent soul. I remember when he was a baby - we always protected him. He would put a smile on anyone’s face who would meet him. He loved life - dancing to Soul Train and Michael Jackson - he had better moves than all of us. We would visit him often with my parents and hated to leave him. We all have such fond memories of him - he’ll always be our baby brother. He suffered the last years of his life and we’re glad that’s over and he can be at peace with his “Mama and Daddy” - we’ll never forget your cute face - watch over us ........until we meet again!

I can still remember dancing with Michael at his parents' Golden Wedding! Our deepest sympathy to you all from Brenda and me. I know that Michael, after being cared for so lovingly in this life, is now enjoying his eternal life in Heaven and will be there to give you all a hug when your time comes (and maybe a dance for me!).

May he rest in peace

My brother Michael. You were a big part of our family. The Christmas’s , visiting you in Staten Island every Sunday via the ferry. As we passed the Statue of Liberty weekly. You were so innocent in this world of ours. And Mama loved you so. You showed all of us what it’s like to be different and gave us empathy towards others. You were our little brother Michael. Now Rest In Peace with Mama and Daddy and our sister Mary. Because that gives us peace ♥️

My dear brother Michael,
You will always be remembered for being such an angel and given us memories of you as you danced, played sports, listened to Michael Jackson's music that you loved so much and so many beautiful events that we as a family attended in the many homes that you were placed. There were sad memories also but you survived that part of your life. Many thanks to Geraldo Rivera for his part in saving the many children from the terrors of Willowbrook State School . We will all miss you and your beautiful smile and that you have given us hope to overcome many trials in our life.

Your loving sister and brother-in-law,
Adolph & Rita
