Rose Flora Ward, age 91, of Branson West, Missouri passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

Rose Flora Ward of Branson West, Missouri, 91 years old, passed away on February 13, 2025. She is survived by her four sons (James, Daniel, Joseph, Robert and her daughters-in-law, Betty, Shari, Irene and Beth) and her siblings (Ella, Ralph and Evelyn). She is also survived by nine grandchildren (Paul, Josh,

William, Stephanie, Robert, Austin, Jaiden, Daniel and Anthony) and four great grandchildren. She was predeceased in death by her loving husband, James Edward Ward Sr. She cherished her time spent with family, especially with her grandchildren who all have made her very proud.

Rose was born in New Jersey, May 16th, 1933. She lived much of her life and raised her family in Stony Point, New York where she also met and married her High School sweetheart (James) in 1952. Rose was the backbone of the family as she supported her husband’s career and raised four boys. Following her husband’s early death, she made a successful career in education as a database administrator. She was very independent and stayed so until her death. Visitation:

Funeral Mass: Saturday March 22nd, 2025, 10 AM at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 26 John

St, Stony Point, NY 10980.

Burial procession to St. Peter's Cemetery, Haverstraw will immediately follow Mass.
