Virginia, or Ginny to those that knew her best, was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. She worked 30+ years at the Grievance Committee for The 9th Judicial District of the state of New York where she was a secretary and eventually office manager. She was a beloved coworker and a staple there until retiring at the age of 90.
Ginny grew up in the Bronx where she attended school, worked and even had early success as a singer. It is also where she met her husband Frank, who predeceased her in 2015. Together they had three children which whom she is survived by, Claire, Frank and Gina. Three grandchildren, Steven, Nicholas and Michelle, and two great-grandchildren Brandon and Amaya.
She was one of the kindest souls with the sweetest heart. She represented all the good that the world had to offer. We are all lucky to have had her for as long as we did.
A mass in her honor will be held on Thurs March 6, at The Church of Immaculate Conception, 26 John St in Stony Point at 11am.
