She lived in Stuart, FL for 20 years coming from New York. Angelina worked as an executive secretary for the New York Daily News for 18 years. She was of the Greek Orthodox faith. Ms. Economu volunteered for the Humane Society in Stuart, FL for 10 years and the American Cancer Society also in Stuart, FL.
Survivors include two nieces Betty DeMartini with husband Vinny of Wantagh, NY; Ellie Nicholas of Stuart, FL; one great nephew, Mike. Angelina is predeceased by her sister Mary Nicholas of Stuart, FL.
A Funeral service will be held on Monday March 1, 2010 at 11:00 AM.
