Born in Germany, Mrs. Heim had been a resident of Hawthorne, New York, prior to moving to Stuart thirty years ago.
She was the owner of Taconic Brauhaus in Hawthorne, New York for forty years.
Mrs. Heim was a member of the German American Club.
Survivors include daughter, Joann Juen (Peter) of Jensen Beach, Florida; daughter, Carol Hricisak (Tom) of Kingston, New York; son, John Heim (Chris) of Ossining, New York; five grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
