Carol Dejulia wonderful person, great mom and a very close friend of my mother, as they attended New Rochelle Nursing school together. Because my father traveled extensively with the army, we moved every year. However, during several tours of duty overseas, mom returned to her hometown to live. Carol was a wonderful second mom to me during those years. She had more freckles than me, and was able to really help me handle all the teasing I got. I know Carol was a true friend to my mom, during those very difficult times, dad was overseas. Carol raised 5 wonderful children and live through the terrible pain of losing two of them. I have nothing but wonderful memories of my time with Carol, Joe and her children. I hope all the great memory of Carol, will ease the pain of her passing. The family is in my thoughts.

With Deep Respect,
Bradley Rosenberg
May this day find you at peace and leave you with hope.

Carol and I were best Friends all through High School. One of my favorite memories was when we were teens, our big adventure was to spend the night in a tent, in her back yard. Then, in the morning, I can still hear her Mothers voice saying “ Girls, girls ...time to get up, “ we would pretended to be sleeping as long as we could.
Carol comforted me when my Mother passed away, so very young. I cherished her so much. She was the maid of honor at my wedding, which meant the world to me. I was so blessed that we shared growing up together in High School, we all had such happy and fun times together. A time of innocence, learning and fun. Before the tragedies turned our worlds upside down.
My life brought me far and away overseas, I missed her so much. But we kept in touch, wrote letters, called and visited whenever we could.
Over the years when our two families saw each other the children were all quick friends. It was always such a joy to be at the DeJulias house, where there was always: lots love, fun activities, delicious meals, kids in playing in the yard, time for us to renew and catch up on each other’s worlds.

Carol and Joe created such a truly wonderful family leaving cherished moments and fond memories. Their blessing struggling to overcome the sadness and deep loss of family, children and friends. The courage it took to go through such pure sadness and loss, could only be attributed to their love, everlasting faith and strength as a family.

I have always deeply admired and cherished Carol and Joe as the dearest of friends. My heart goes to the entire Family for the loss of this wonderful Lady.
May the many beautiful moments and cherished memories of Carol Ann DeJulias’ sparkling smile, devoted love, friendship and a lifetime of togetherness: calm your heart of its pain as you share in the joy of her everlasting soul shining her love within you.

She is with the Angels now.

Love Eleanor and my dearly departed Norman.
