You and Fran were awe inspiring in the many years you were together. We shared many fun-filled vacations and family time together.  You were always so much fun to be around and we shared many laughs and did many things together as couples. It is unbelievable that all this has come to an end. I had known Charlie 43 years.  I met Charlie in the air freight arena, first working at Airborne and then meeting up in the Miami area,
where he and I worked for each other for over 30 years.  Over that timeframe and up until his death, we had remained close friends. We all will miss his smile and I will personally miss his dedication of
friendship, his laughter and his little pranks.  God is gaining a true soldier to be by His side.  Rest in Peace, my good friend. My prayers are with you always.

Judy and I are so sorry to loose a friend like Charlie, I can only say that upon receiving this I had such a feeling of loss. Charlie was one of a kind Gentlemen. First meeting Charlie when I was fifteen and his brothers Sal and Nicky, Charlie being the youngest but the Prince of the family. First meeting at his brothers gas Station in Seaford . I was so impressed by Charlie’s friendly greeting and all the years knowing him he never changed. He was a member of the car club “ Rod Benders “ the meetings were held at Frank Vassallo’s  fathers garage and at times at his brothers Gas Station,  to this day when ever I pass the station I recall the pleasant  times spent there. Later in years we went to American Band Stand in Philadelphia . Charlie drove and we had an excellent time. As always Charlie was a complete gentleman with the people we met. Never did I hear Charlie use bad language to any of our friends and around any of the girls,
I also admired his years being married to you and his loving care for his family. Bless you and your beautiful family. Larry

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Frances Trubia Costello and his three wonderful children, Deborah Ann (Armen) Gregorian of Lake Clarke Shores, FL; Denise (Stephen), Testai of The Villages, FL; and Steven (Medley) Costello of Cumming, GA. He had six beautiful grandchildren, Todd (Mary Frances) Dobry of Jacksonville, FL; Anthony (Justin) Testai-Anderson of Lake Clarke Shores, FL; Lauren (Billy) Lonches of Baltimore, MD; Gabrielle (Matt) Radabaugh of Loxahatchee, FL; Hannah &amp; Sarah Grace Costello of Cumming, GA. He also had two precious great-grandsons, John Dobry of Jacksonville, FL and Weston Radabaugh of Loxahatchee, FL. He also had several nieces and nephews as well as brothers and sisters-in-laws.
