

He was born in Portland, Oregon, to John and Margaret Tuttle. He attended Washington High School and, from there, enlisted in the U.S. Army, proudly serving his country and exiting as a Corporal. Upon being discharged, he attended The Executive Barber College in Portland, OR, and began his lifelong career in barbering. He eventually became the owner of Mr. Barber Shop in North Palm Beach, where he served the community for 20 years until retiring in 2018.
David is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Marilyn; daughter, Carla Zeis; and grandsons, Alex Lind, Hunter Lind, and Matthew Zeis. He was predeceased by his son, Jeffry Lind.
He was a lifelong lover of cats and had many throughout the years. He also had a passion for nature, especially the beach, and enjoyed observing wildlife.
He enjoyed collecting vintage pocket knives, of which he had an extensive collection, and also collected miniature clocks.
He loved Jesus with all his heart and served as an usher and greeter for many years at The First Baptist Church of Tequesta until moving to Stuart.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held:
March 7 at 11:00 AM at Aycock Funeral Home 6801 S.E. Federal Hwy - Stuart, FL 34997
