Deborah Ann “Debbie” Hoss, age 67, passed away peacefully, after a long, hard battle with Diabetes on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 12:53 pm, at Martin Memorial North Hospital in Stuart, Fl. Debbie was born April 23, 1951 in Danbury, CT. In 1961 at the age of 10, Debbie moved from Danbury, CT to Marion, Indiana, with her Aunt and Uncle, Marcella and John Ramey, as well as cousins, Stephen, Paula, and Mark.
Debbie was a graduate of Marion High School. She had 5 years of food service with Marion Community School System. She also worked for many years at the Plaza Bowl in Marion, Indiana. She married Keith Hoss on September 28, 1978, in Marion, Indiana. Debbie and Keith moved to Stuart, FL in 1982. Shortly after moving to Stuart, Deborah began a 21 year career in food service for the Martin County School District, retiring in 2003.
Debbie lived life to the fullest by constantly looking to help those around her and spending time with her loved ones. She is survived by her husband of forty years, Keith Hoss, and brother in law Jerry (Jackie) Hoss of Marion, Indiana; sister Charlene Braden, brother Chuck Carr, son Jimmy Hoss, daughters Ruthie Rich, Lori Rogers, Michelle Miller, grandchildren, Cody, Catie, Tyler, Matthew, Brendan, and Miranda, granddaughter-in-law Reva Rogers, one cherished great grandson Marshall Rogers, special cousin Paula Berg.
She is welcomed in death by brother, Billy Carr; special aunt and uncle John and Marcella Ramey, special cousins Stephen and Mark Ramey.
All those who feel their lives were touched by Deborah are invited to celebrate her life at Aycock Funeral Home, 6801 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, Florida 34997. Viewing will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, followed by a service from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm, on Sunday, September 16, 2018.
