Doris was born in Camden, N.J., and has lived In Stuart for 30 years. She worked as a comptometer operator for New Jersey Bell and then as an electrolysis technician at Strawbridge & Clothier. She enjoyed square dancing, which she made her own dresses and dad matching shirts. She also enjoyed golfing, crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, photography, needlework and taking cruises.
She is survived by her daughters Karen Doyle of Hobe Sound, Florida and Lynne Parisi of Las Vegas, NV. She was preceded in death by husband Arthur Boulton, brothers William Carver, Robert Carver, Albert Carver, Richard Carver and Walter Carver; and sisters Lillian Boulton and Edith Maletesta.
Inurnment will be at the South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL. Arrangements by Aycock Funeral Home Young & Prill Chapel, 6801 SE Federal Highway, Stuart, FL 34997.
