Maiden voyage on the Morning Mist  from Port Washington to Patchogue

Geralyn (6-22-42 - 6-1-22) and I always enjoyed getting together with Red and Ev every winter for the last 20+ winters. When we were back in NH, Ev and Ger stayed in touch with each other, especially on June 22nd. We had many delightful days in FL, whether it was on their boat in the canal enjoying beers in the stern or just getting together in each other's unit. She was a good friend and generous person. We will miss her.

Ev was a friend to all at CBYC and a wonderful person to talk with on any subject. Joanne and I are saddened by her passing. She definitely made our life better in just knowing her.

Condolences to the Shore family .  Knew both Red and Ev for many years at CBYC . They lived several blocks from me many years ago in Kings Park NY. 
The bond between Ev and Red was such a pleasure to see . Two lovely people who were blessed with a long life together . 
Both talked frequently about their grandson who was a joy to them . 
A sad passing for all who knew them ! 

Sincere condolences to the family. Evelyn was my next door neighbor and we became fast friends. Sharing a cup of tea and stories of olde.  I tried to fatten her up with my baking!  She will be missed. ❤️

I can only imagine how hard it is to lose Evelyn.  
She and Red were the first people I met when I moved to CBYC from Patchogue. We hit it off right away and were good friends til now. She was such a positive person and I loved everytime I saw her. We had lunches together for our birthdays and other visits. I recently visited to see her beautiful new kitchen. I will miss her very much. I loved Evelyn.
