Born in Derby, Connecticut, on September 17, 1935, Frank was the son of Frank and Jennie Nuzzolo. He proudly served in the United States Navy before graduating from Bullard-Havens Technical School. He went on to enjoy a long and successful career as a home builder and contractor, working throughout Westport, Weston, and the surrounding communities.
Frank was truly one of a kind. He lit up every room he walked into, was always dressed to the nines, and had an unmistakable enthusiasm for life.
He was also famous among family and friends for his extraordinary talent in the kitchen. His homemade gnocchi, stuffed artichokes, cupcake lasagnas, soufflés, desserts, and countless other dishes were prepared with skill, care, and love. A meal made by Frank was always an occasion.
Frank loved to dance, loved music from Frank Sinatra to Andrea Bocelli, and loved to travel. But more than anything, he loved his family.
He is survived by his former wife, Bonnie; their daughter, Melissa Hamilton, and her husband, Alan; Bonnie’s sons, Christopher Verrilli, Robert Verrilli, and his wife, Kym: his daughters, Linda and Cheryl; his son, Frank; and all his beloved grandchildren, Kiliaen, Rocco, Grace, Juliana, Christian, Brittany, Nikolas and Sami.
Frank leaves behind a lifetime of memories—his larger-than-life personality, impeccable style, dancing, music, unforgettable meals, and the love he shared so generously with those closest to him.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him
