Born in Providence, Rhode Island, he was a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past 28 years coming from Baltimore, MD.
Before retiring, he was an HVAC technician.
Frank served in the Coast Guard during World War II.
He was a member of the Walton Road Baptist Church in Port St. Lucie.
He is survived by daughters Mary Dennis of Stuart, Juanita Harrington-Deaton of Eldersburg, MD, Jo-Ann Bianconi of Austin, Texas; sons Frank L. Harrington, III of St. Augustine, FL, Keith Harrington of Ellicot City, MD and 11 grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his wife Louise.
Services will be private.
