

His early years were spent in New York and Boston before moving to Florida. In New York, Joe worked as a Taxi Driver and then spent many years working at a Dry Cleaner. He enjoyed the outdoors and gardening. Joe was a quiet and peaceful man who enjoyed relaxing. Joe was known to spoil his grandchildren with ice cream and treats. To his grandchildren, he was their Sugar Papa. Joe loved to care for others, especially for his wife Marie. He was loved by many and will be missed.
Joe was preceded in death by his son, Antoine and sisters, Willia and Christine.
Joe is survived by his wife, Marie Buissereth; 3 children, Martha, Rodrigue , Irving; 14 Grand Children – Moessa, Orlando, Shadee, Nathan, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Ayanna, Ryan, Dominique, Angelique, Victoria, Kaitelyn, Josia and Jermiah; 1 Great Grand child, Messiah. He was known to grandchildren as "Pappy Joe”; sister, Eliana; along with many nieces and nephews.
A gathering of friends and family is scheduled for Wednesday, January 27, 2016 from 11:00 to 12:00 at Aycock Funeral Home, 505 South Federal Highway, Stuart FL 34994. A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled immediately following the gathering at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Fernhill Memorial Garden in Stuart.
