Judith D. Forand, 70, of North Windham passed away April 13, 2015 at Martin Hospital South in Stuart, FL. Judith was born June 15, 1944 in Stafford, CT; she was the daughter of Arthur and Aileen Davis. She was a retired cosmetologist. Judith is survived by her husband of 53 years, James W. Forand; daughter, Kim Marie Hopkins of Colland, CT and sister, Joy Chaplin of Willington, CT. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Judith’s memory may be made to American Lung Association, 55 W.
