Judith Lee Jenkins was born in St Charles, MO on August 30, 1933. She met her husband, James (Jim) Lucas while attending Middle Tennessee State University when he was an airman at Sewart Air Force Base in Murfreesboro, TN. Two weeks later they married. The next 21 years was a whirlwind of moving every 2-3 years, 3 children, various adventures, and lots of love. Judy lived her life to the fullest.
A wife, mother, friend, spy, world traveler, accountant, and author Judy passed away on July 22, 2026.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Jane Pirelli and Joan Amundson, 5 grandchildren, Richard Ammons, Jennifer Ammons, James Lucas, Laura Mae Lucas, and Sean Hibbs, 2 great-grand daughters, Hailey Ammons and Avery Hibbs.
Though Judy will be deeply missed, her love, strength, stubbornness, and beautiful spirit will remain forever in our hearts.
