She is survived by her husband, Stanley Choffrey and daughters Nicole Statler and Danielle Choffrey.
We will be remembering Kathy the wife, Kathy the mother, Kathy the creative, strong, passionate and caring person she was.
Kathy loved animals and in lieu of flowers - if you want to give something there are two organizations. Your local animal shelter or make a donation to The American Kidney Foundation in her memory.
A Committal Service will be held at Fernhill Memorial Gardens & Mausoleum, 1501 S Kanner Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994, US, on July 28, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:32 am.
