He was born in Alice, Texas and was a Stuart resident.
Leo delivered pharmaceutical supplies for Lab Corp and Lab Works in Ft Pierce, FL.
He is survived by his wife Linda; son Leo Gomez, Jr., of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughters Frances (Rafael Quintero) Gomez of Palm City, FL, Crystal (Florentino Flores) Gomez of Stuart, FL, Julia (Jesse Anderson, III) Gomez of Stuart, FL; 9 grandchildren, Alyssa, Lacy, Teray, Kendra, Janessa, Leo, III, Damian, Luis, Jocelyn; brothers, Reynaldo (Rey) of Colorado, Pedro (Pete) of Colorado, and Alfredo (Fred) of Okeechobee, FL and sister, Lillian Gomez of Colorado.
He is predeceased by his parents, Reynaldo and Dolores Gomez.
Inurnment will be at Fernhill Memorial Gardens on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 10:00 am.
Floral arrangements may be sent directly to Fernhill Memorial Gardens on the morning of the service.
