Mark Edward Morgan

Mark Edward Morgan 83 of Hobe Sound Florida beloved husband of Geraldine (Geri) Kancar Morgan fourth of six sons of Gerald and Ann Morgan of Greenwich, CT. He is also predeceased by his five brothers Gerald, Joseph, Dan, John and Tom as well as is first wife Maryjane Finn Morgan. He is the father of Ann A. Morgan of New York City, NY, Maureen Morgan Harrigan (Craig) of Larchmont, NY, Adrienne Morgan Johnston (Jonathan) of Fairfield, CT and Meredith A.Wynn (Richard) of Ipswich U.K. Stepfather of Christopher Gaccione of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Craig Gaccione (Jill) of Asheboro, NC, Karen Gaccione of Darien, CT and Marc Gaccione (Dana) of Riverside, CT. Grandfather of Jack, Brendan, Declan, Finn, Breckan, Colm, Miranda, Harry, Justin, Corinne, Olivia and Julia.

A graduate of Greenwich High School Greenwich, CT he attended St. Lawrence Unviersity on a hockey scholarship and he completed his education with a B.A. from the University of Bridgeport. After a 40 year careeer in car and truck fleet leasing he retired to Florida in 2002 with his wife Geri.

He was a member of St. Paul’s Roman Catholic church of Greenwich, CT serving as a member of the parish council and was an usher. He served on the Democratic Town Committee and the RTM for the town of Greenwich. He was a long time member of the Nine Hole Mens Golf Association of Lost Lake Golf Club in Hobe Sound, FL.

Mark loved spending time with his wife and family, golfing with the Niner’s and the company of his many friends. Mark was an avid reader and enjoyed extensive traveling to Europe, Hawaii, and the Carribean with his wife Geri.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Christopher Catholic Church 1201 SE Federal Highway Hobe Sound, Florida on Friday, December 4th 2015 at 10:00 AM.
