Missy was and is a “FREE SPIRIT,” a DANCER, an Artist, an Animal Lover, a Loving, Caring and Supportive Wife to me and better than a “Mother” to my son Ian and his sister Alexa, she loved them deeply and treated them as her own. Missy traveled all around the world dancing bringing joy and happiness to those around her. She lit up the room wherever she went. She is missed by all!!
Missy’s last job defined her enormous heart; she absolutely loved it. She worked at a farm with birds and many other animals. It was the most perfect place for her to work, she absolutely loved the work and the animals she cared for. She was fun to work with and made everyone laugh.
Missy was funny, vibrant, and had a remarkable way of making everyone around her feel good. She loved people wholeheartedly, without judgement, and had the uncanny ability to meet someone and, within just a few minutes, make them feel as though they had found a lifelong best friend.
She was an inspiration, and a crazy person wrapped up in a small package that only wanted good in the world. Not too long before our marriage, Missy and Amber discovered they had a sister, Joanna, they never knew existed. They met for the first time at our wedding... and what a great wedding it was.
Missy is lovingly survived by her husband, Eric; her stepfather, Owen; her sisters, Amber and Joanna, and their husbands, Dave, and John; her Aunt Lisa and Uncle Simon; and her stepchildren, Ian, Alexa, and Delilah.
She is, and will continue to be, deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
Memorial services to be announced at a later date.
