He was born in Pittsburgh, PA to the late George and Doris Luchik.
Michael is survived by his beloved son, Alexander; his partner, Denise White; his former wife, Dawn Luchik; Four sisters, JoAnn Wagner of MD, Janet Luchik of PA, Peggy Teklinski of PA and Kathy Digeronino of PA; and 12 nieces and nephews.
Michael was a Navy veteran and had a long career in aerospace engineering. Michael loved playing and collecting guitars and was a lifelong fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. His family and friends will remember his sense of humor, compassion and the wonderful meals he loved to cook for everyone.
Michael will be deeply missed by his loved ones and all who were fortunate to know him.
A celebration of life will take place at St. Lucie Falls Clubhouse on Thunderbird Trail in Stuart, FL on September 17, 2023 at 2:00 pm. A funeral will be held in Pittsburgh, PA at a later date.
