Randy was born on May 16, 1963, in New Smyrna Beach, Florida to Joseph “Ski” Sr. and Ika Mae Wojcieszak. He is predeceased by his parents, Joseph “Ski” Sr. and Mae Wojcieszak, older brother Joey Jr., and younger sister Ika. He leaves behind a son, Joseph, grandson Garlen, five brothers, Kim (Kathy), David (Chris), Donovan, Jerry (Lea Ann), John (Marissa), Aunt Annette Bush, and Uncle David Smith, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Randy attended Martin County High School graduating in 1981. He attended Indian River Community college and received an Associate of Arts Degree in 1989. He attended the University of Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology & Pre-Law in 2006.
After graduating from high school, he worked for the Martin County Sheriff’s office from 1982-1988 as one of the youngest road patrol deputies. After his time at the Sherrif’s office and attending college, he was an auto mechanic up to the time of his passing. It is a gross understatement saying that he was just an “auto mechanic.” He was an “exceptional” mechanic that could fix anything. This is the same trait that has been attributed to his father.
Randy worked in the community the same as his father. Having a son provided the need to coach baseball, umpire baseball, and work as a board member for the Port Salerno Little League, all at Wojcieszak Park. Most importantly he was the community auto mechanic. He never turned down a cry for help when a car repair was needed. He had a big heart for people in need. In some cases, he personally absorbed the cost of repairs.
Randy attended the First Baptist Church of Port Salerno. A memorial service will be held Monday, November 17, 2025, at 2PM. The church is located at 4397 SE Dixie Hwy, Stuart, FL 34997.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Port Salerno “Youth Fund.”
