Rich was born in Pittsburgh, PA and became an “almost” native of Broward County, FL at the age of 13. He attended South Broward High School and served in the U.S Navy for 3 years, 10 months and 24 days, (as he liked to say). He met his beautiful bride of 50 years and began his career with Florida Power & Light in 1967 until his retirement in 2010. This time with his family and friends fueled his ever-growing stories which he happily shared with everyone he met. He loved to go fishing, playing poker, and most recently watching Live PD on television.
Rich is survived by his loving wife, Joanna, daughter Amy, son Richard, granddaughter, Amanda and cousin Kenneth Munz.
