On Sunday, the 4th of August, 2019, Robert Raymond Fullan, Sr. passed away peacefully while in the heartfelt care of Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart at the age of 81 years after a year long battle with liver cancer.

Robert was born to Raymond and Norine Fullan née Dealy in Brooklyn, New York on July 18th in 1938, where he spent a part of his childhood before the family moved to Amityville, Long Island.

He was a registered architect and partner in the architectural firm of Schaardt & Fullan in Bellmore, New York, where he started as a draftsman while attending Hofstra University and Pratt Institute at night. His passion for excellence in architecture was evident over a prolific career that spanned nearly fifty years and resulted in many great municipal, commercial and residential projects across the United States, mainly in the New England area and South Florida.

Robert was preceded in death by his father and mother, brother and sister, two daughters and wife, Janet Fullan. May they rest in peace.
