Ruth was well known to me and my "Nelson Family" at Community Baptist Church in Stuart. I always admired her faithfulness to her family and husband Paul and their work in the PRISON MINISTRY. She was truly a blessing to those incarcerated. May she rest now with her LORD & Savior after her work is done as a faithful servant. She will be missed by so many.

Ruth introduced me to the prison ministry where we spent many hours visiting the local jail and prisons in the area. She had a way of introducing the gospel to the female inmates and seeing them through tough times. I remember aiding and assisting many inmates who needed guidance after their acceptance of the gospel. Ruth loved the Lord deeply and was committed to those who chose to follow Him. Thank you Ruth for allowing me to share in your love for our fellow men and women in need. You and Paul will be fondly remembered by me for your work for Him.
