Born in Detroit, Michigan, Mrs. Neal had previously lived in Darien, CT before relocating to Martin County thirty years ago.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Neal is lovingly survived by daughter, Barbara Ann Neal of Winter Haven, FL; daughter, Nancy Slacik (Charles) of New Port Coast, CA; son, David Neal (Gretchen) of Bethesda, MD; and three grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold Luther Neal.
