

Born in Waterbury, Connecticut, Mr. Boiano moved to the Stuart area in 1982 from Prospect, Connecticut where he was the former owner of Suburban Automotive.
He was a Realtor and had worked for ReMax of Stuart for 19 years. Mr. Boiano was a former member of the Realtor Association of Martin County, and was the Realtor of the Year in 1990.
He was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church in Hobe Sound, and the Knights of Columbus in Waterbury, CT as well as Stuart, FL. Mr. Boiano was also a Veteran of the United States Army having proudly served our country in World War II.
He is survived by his daughter, Terri Boiano Zainc and her husband, Tom of Stuart, FL; son, Thomas Boiano Jr. of Thomaston, CT; grandchildren, Michelle and Sean Zainc, Thomas Boiano III and David Boiano; great grandchild, Ashlyn, and brother, Sal Boiano and his wife, Theresa of Waterbury, CT.
Mr. Boiano was predeceased by the love of his life of 65 years, Peggy Boiano and his brother, James.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at ST. Christopher Catholic Church, 12001 SE Federal Highway, Hobe Sound, Florida, with inurnment to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, Florida.
Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
