On May 9th, 2020, Thomas Garrity passed away at age 78 in his Port Saint Lucie, Florida home, among family. UT was an adventurous soul that loved life and had lifelong and enriching relationships with so many people. He was detail oriented and yet creative, which was evident in his photography work. His love of art was also on display when he was “T-Bone Malone” and crooning one of his favorite tunes at a karaoke event.
Whether he was striking up a conversation with a stranger in a park or the jokes he saved for his favorite phlebotomist, T was very popular and loved.
For us, he will also be missed because he was the patriarch that helped put perspective on everyday life. When our boys were teenagers his guidance and wisdom proved a stabilizing force. We were so lucky to have him in our immediate family for many wonderful years. We will miss you UT. Love, Scott, Kathy, Chad, Brad, Rich, Kaylee and Rosie.
