Barbara Ann Douglas

She was born May 28, 1955, a daughter of the late Donald McKendria and Margaret Elsie (Phillips) Hyden.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Douglas.

Barbara retired as a shipping clerk and attended Fishersville Community Church.

Survivors include a son, Anthony Hyden and wife Kim; daughter, Chrissy Hyden; brothers, Jimmy Hyden and wife Dale, Doug Hyden and wife Pat, Danny Hyden and wife Jean; grandchildren, Dakota Painter, Ethan Painter and wife Kalin, Christopher Hyden; great grandchildren, Addalee Carper, Auora Painter, Arabella Carper, Lyric Painter, Nova Painter, Dakota Painter, Jr. and Skyla Painter.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Fishersville Community Church with Pastor Chris Smith officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes and Crematory.
