Blaine Alan Zimmerman

He was born in Charlottesville on January 22, 1963 to Janet Erickson and the late Clarence “Z” Zimmerman.

Blaine was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, a former golf teaching professional, and longtime employee of The Home Depot.

Blaine is survived by his beloved wife Kimberley Zimmerman, daughter, Samantha Oliff and her husband John Oliff, grandson Wyatt Oliff, son Michael Henkel, mother Janet Erickson, mother in law Joyce Henkel, brother Christopher Zimmerman and his wife Lisa, sister Zeigh Zimmerman, nieces Catherine and Alaina Zimmerman and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be held at 3pm on Sunday, August 28th at Calvary United Methodist Church, 2179 Stuarts Draft Highway, Stuarts Draft, VA. Services will be conducted by Frank Zimmerman. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 PM at the church prior to the funeral service.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests all memorial contributions be made to your local SPCA.
