Bonnie was born in Pennsylvania to Elsie and Ike Hall on August 15th, 1956. Bonnie worked at Virginia Beach General Hospital for many years as a Scrub Tech. She enjoyed spending time on the computer and especially enjoyed making friends on Facebook. She was an outstanding cook, having worked in a diner for six years.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents.
Bonnie is survived by her beloved husband of 24 years, Billy Thacker; a son Kenneth R. Evans; her brothers, David Hall, Kenneth Hall, Jay Hall, Rick Hall, Mark Hall and Ben Hall; and sisters, Deb Hall and Jill Hall. She is also survived by a large extended family in Pennsylvania.
Per Bonnie’s wishes, there will be no public services at this time.
