Christina Elaine Coffey

She was a lifelong member of Rankin UMC until its closing. Though unable to attend due to illness, Chris was most recently a member of Destiny Family Center, a place she dearly loved.

She battled illness due to numerous strokes since 2010, never once questioning God, but trusted in His sovereignty. Her Faith and determination kept her going. She had her own personal relationship with God that was visible to anyone who met her. She loved nature, adored her pets and bird watching outside her kitchen window.

Due to illness, she was a stay at home wife and mother who made the decision to homeschool her beloved daughter Tressia, who at the age of 16 became an EMT and was able to take care of her Mom better than most of her doctors until her mother's untimely passing.

Christina was preceded in death by her parents, Annia Latsko and Edward Latsko.

A funeral service will be conducted at the Stuarts Draft Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Home at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 with Pastor Gary May and Chaplain Bunny Hearn officiating. Burial will be private.
